My stay at the motel definitely exceeded my expectations and is worthy of the title. The rooms were overall disappointing, especially after having a pet in the room, but the location was nice, near many restaurants and malls.

The room had no telephone, no ice bucket, and the TV remote only worked periodically. The TV kept changing languages from English to Spanish which was quite frustrating. It was not the best experience.

The service was subpar. The staff opened my door while I was bathing just to yell at me about changing my booking due to a misspelled name. They were very rude and lacked customer service skills.

The location was convenient, only 10 minutes from the tournament I was attending. However, the area seemed a bit run down and the highway nearby made it quite noisy and chaotic.

When I checked in, the rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, and the staff was a bit rude. However, they immediately replaced the missing fixtures on the light covers but could use more outlets for charging electronics overnight. The location was nice and quiet, just 10 minutes from the tournament. The hotel overall needs some updates and cleanliness improvements.
